A safari becomes confirmed only when the traveler accepts a final proposal, agrees to the applicable booking terms and the required payment is received.

Pricing, changes and cancellations

Final terms should state currency, deposit and balance requirements, amendment rules, supplier conditions, cancellation charges, refunds, force majeure and insurance responsibilities.
