Our private northern Tanzania safaris start from about $1,480 per person for a 4-day trip, with mid-range journeys from around $1,850 and luxury safaris from $2,950. The final price depends on season, group size and accommodation.
June to October is the dry season with the easiest game viewing and Great Migration river crossings in the northern Serengeti. January to March is calving season in the southern Serengeti. Tanzania offers excellent wildlife all year.
Most northern circuit safaris start in Arusha or at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Hartebeest Safaris is based in Makao Mapya, Arusha, and arranges your airport welcome and transfers.
